Data we process

Contact and exposé requests: When you contact us via the enquiry form, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, optional phone number, your message, the requested property and your language setting).

Server logs: When you visit the website, technical access data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type) may be processed in server logs.

Purposes of processing

We use your information exclusively to process and respond to your enquiry — in particular to deliver the requested property exposé — and to ensure the technical operation of the website. Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

Processors and transfers abroad

We use service providers that process data on our behalf: hosting by Railway Corp. (USA), database and file storage by Supabase (server location Zurich, Switzerland / AWS), and e-mail delivery by Resend (USA).

Where data is transferred to countries without an adequate level of data protection (in particular the USA), this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards, notably the providers' recognised standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any subsequent business relationship. It is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary cookies are used: storing your language preference and — in the protected administration area only — a login cookie.

Your rights

Under the FADP you have the right to information about the data processed about you, and to its rectification or deletion. You may object to processing and withdraw any consent given at any time. To do so, please contact info@swissvermont.ch.
